Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service and timing:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

Custom Orders

For custom-designed presentations, once materials have been ordered and work has begun, cancellations may be subject to charges for materials and labor already invested. We will discuss this with you before proceeding with any custom work.

Damaged or Defective Work

If you receive a presentation that is damaged or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Corporate and Volume Orders

For corporate and volume orders, specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement. These may include different cancellation and refund policies based on the scale and timeline of the project.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
